MyndBoard at ALTENPFLEGE 2026 in Essen

From April 21 to 23, 2026, MyndBoard exhibited at ALTENPFLEGE in Essen, the leading trade fair for the care sector, with around 18,000 trade visitors and 500 exhibitors. This year, we presented ourselves on a larger corner booth in Hall 7, booth 7-623. We brought along the MyndBoard for group activities and the MyndBoard Mini for one-on-one care. The result surprised even us: we had never had as many conversations and new contacts at any trade fair as we did in Essen.

A design you want to touch

One thing visitors mentioned again and again was the design of our devices. Both models come with a solid wood frame as standard. This gives them a warm, homely look, so the MyndBoard blends naturally into living areas and lounges instead of looking like a piece of technical equipment. For many facility managers, this is exactly what sets it apart from other activity tables.

Developed and built in Lingen

We develop and build our devices ourselves in Lingen (Ems). This means hardware, software and apps all come from a single source. This includes AI-powered apps that automatically adjust the difficulty level to the user, as well as accessories such as a pointer, a brush or beanbags. This allows people with limited motor skills to take part as well. On request, we even develop custom apps for individual facilities.

To coincide with the trade fair, we introduced our new brochure. Among other things, it provides information on funding options with grants of up to €6,545.

Looking ahead: 2027 in Nuremberg

We will be there again next year when the trade fair takes place under its new name care:xpo from April 20 to 22, 2027, in Nuremberg. We will be presenting new developments there once again.
